Instant Booking
On-demand services assigned within a short timeframe for immediate delivery.
Scheduled Booking
Services booked for a specific future date and time slot (up to 30 days).
Instant Booking Rules
- 5-minute free cancellation window from booking confirmation.
- Full refund if cancelled within 5 minutes.
- Visiting fee applies if cancelled after 5 minutes.
- Fee covers professional's travel and prep time.
Scheduled Booking Rules
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before start time.
- Visiting fee applies if cancelled within 2 hours.
- No-show at start time may incur full service charges.
- Easily reschedule through the 'My Bookings' section.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Visiting fees, if applicable, are deducted from the total refund amount.
