This document governs the withdrawal of service earnings by registered partners via the OmiBay Partner application. It defines how requests are submitted, reviewed, verified, and settled to authorized bank accounts.
Withdrawal System
- 1.1Partners can request withdrawal of their available earnings through the OmiBay Partner app.
- 1.2The withdrawal request is sent through the system/API and appears on the OmiBay admin dashboard.
- 1.3OmiBay manually reviews and processes the withdrawal request.
- 1.4After approval, the withdrawal amount is manually transferred from OmiBay's authorized business/current bank account to the partner's registered bank account.
Eligible Balance
- 2.1Partners may withdraw only the amount available and eligible for withdrawal in their OmiBay Partner account.
- 2.2OmiBay may hold or adjust amounts affected by cancellations, refunds, disputes, incorrect payments, fraud, or technical errors.
Processing Time
- 3.1Withdrawal requests are not instant and may require review and manual processing.
- 3.2Processing time may vary depending on operational availability, verification requirements, banking hours, holidays, or technical issues.
Bank Details
- 4.1Payments will be sent to the bank account registered by the partner.
- 4.2Partners are responsible for providing correct bank account details.
- 4.3OmiBay may delay or reject a withdrawal if bank details are incorrect or require verification.
Withdrawal Status
- 5.1A withdrawal request may show statuses such as Pending, Under Review, Approved, Processing, Completed, Failed, Rejected, or Cancelled.

Withdrawal Limits and Fees
- 6.1OmiBay may introduce minimum or maximum withdrawal limits.
- 6.2Any withdrawal fees or charges, if applicable, will be communicated to partners.
Review and Rejection
- 7.1OmiBay may review any withdrawal request before payment.
- 7.2A withdrawal may be delayed, held, or rejected due to insufficient balance, incorrect information, fraud, suspicious activity, account suspension, or technical issues.
Incorrect Payments
- 8.1OmiBay may correct, reverse, or recover amounts transferred due to technical errors, duplicate payments, incorrect calculations, or fraudulent activity, where legally permitted.
Partner Responsibility
- 9.1Partners must verify the withdrawal amount and bank details before submitting a request.
- 9.2Partners must immediately report unauthorized withdrawal requests or suspicious account activity.
Policy Changes
- 10.1OmiBay may modify or upgrade the withdrawal system, including introducing automated payouts in the future.
- 10.2OmiBay may update this Withdrawal Policy when required due to operational, technical, financial, or legal changes.
